  After preparing our own taxes for years, a friend introduced us to Charles Douglas of Microtax. We've had Microtax prepare our taxes the last 2 years. Charles is incredibly knowledgeable and relieves us of the frustrations of doing our own taxes. In addition, his rates are very reasonable and he is extremely thorough & helpful. We've been very happy with his services & will continue to utilize them in the future.

  We have been going to Charles for several years now. We live in the South Suburbs and drive about an hour to go to have our taxes done by Charles. We feel that he is not only very easy to work with but helps us with any questions we have. Charles is always helpful with any types of tips on taxes. He will always prepare us ahead of time on what items we need to bring which makes it much easier for us. He charges a fair price and is very honest and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and give him a try! You won't go anywhere else!

  I have been doing my own taxes for years and when I needed guidance after receiving a letter from the IRS I contacted Charles Douglas. His professionalism and tax knowledge is impeccable. I have been using him for years now and recommend him highly. He is awesome to work with, has a very pleasant disposition, and explains things very well. I know of other tax preparers that do not offer the online services and charge a higher fee. I recommend using Charles Douglas!! Great Job!!
